Harry S Truman Foundation: Charity begins at home. I
will soon be sending out a letter on behalf of the Foundation for our
yearly fund-raiser. Grand Lodge has already started to solicit for the
Brotherhood Fund. I�m asking all Brothers to remember that our
Foundation gives to the Grand Masters Brotherhood Fund and this years�
contribution will be substantial as I will ask the Foundation to step up
the amount for the 225th anniversary. Please respond to my letters� request as soon as possible. This will be the only mailed solicitation of you and a self-addressed stamped envelope will be provided for your convenience. I ask that you be as generous as possible in support of your Lodges� charitable endeavors. Also, keep in mind that as a member, you may request in writing that the Foundation consider your favorite charity. May the Great Architect continue to protect our men and women of the armed services and bring them home soon. I wish your summer filled with sunshine and wonderful times with your family. Please take the time to R.S.V.P., it really helps the picnic committee plan for the food and that simple courtesy costs nothing but a few minutes of your time. * DRIVING DIRECTIONS * From Long Island Expressway, Northern State, Southern State, Sunrise Highway, and all parallel roads take Meadowbrook Parkway South (Exit - 22 S) Jones Beach to (Exit - M 9).
